# Licensing

> Commercial use on every plan, the free one included, with no attribution required.

On every plan, the free one included, Nui Systems L.L.C. grants you a non-exclusive commercial licence to use, display and redistribute numi data inside your own products and analyses, with no attribution required. You may not resell the bulk file, or a substantial part of it, as a dataset.

## What you can do

* Show the data in an app, a report, a dashboard or a financial model that you sell, where your customers can see it.
* Use the data in your own analyses and research, and publish the results.

You do not need to credit numi.

## What you cannot do

You cannot resell the bulk file, or a substantial part of it, as a dataset.

## The bulk file

The `licence` field of `GET /v1/bulk/latest`, and of the manifest of each set of bulk files, has this licence and a link to this page.

## Where the data comes from

The figures come from public filings with the SEC, as the filings state them. Because numi extracts the data automatically, a figure can be wrong. The data comes with no warranty that it is accurate, complete or current. It is not investment advice. The [terms of service](https://numi.sh/terms) are the binding text.
